Our Managing Director & founder David has completed a Bachelor of Building Construction Degree with the UWS Hawkesbury. Over the past 15 years he has successfully ran a Waterproofing/Building Defects business servicing some of the most prestigious homes and buildings in New South Wales and abroad. His clients include some of the largest building companies & Strata Management Companies in Sydney, NSW State Government and even the average owner builder.
The witnessing of Concealment, dodgy and faulty workmanship to sell or off load property to potential buyers, David felt compelled to put to use experience and honesty to assist young families and new homeowners with accurate information to assist there decision.
Apex Building Inspections main objective is to assist our clients with the final decision they make, using our reports to get a better deal or if the liability is considerable the seller or purchaser is fully aware of the circumstance.
