A surcharge may apply for larger homes with outbuildings, homes outside of Sydney may include a little surcharge as well to cover travel. Please contact us and we will address this with you.
Building Defects Report Cost
Will be priced according to how many defects are in need of being investigated and reported on. The standard report on 3 - 5 defects will be roughly the same price range as the pre-purchase report. However, contact us for a on the phone quote or to discuss this further.
